We assume drawing up the invitation (namely: confirmation of the reception of a foreign tourist and the tourist voucher), required by the Consulate of the Russian Federation for granting Russian entry visa. Moreover, we provide tourist visa support FREE-OF-CHARGE on condition of booking a tour at our company.

1. We need complete passport data of the foreign citizen as well as dates of arrival and departure.
2. The invitation and the voucher will be drawn up on the next day (in case of emergency in two days) and can be given out at our office or sent by fax (in that case you will have to specify your fax number in the application form).
3. To get the entry visa a foreign citizen ought to submit the invitation and the tourist voucher (as a rule, fax is enough) as well as his/her documents to the Russian Embassy or Consulate.

VISA SUPPORT FOR DRAWING UP BUSINESS VISAS

1. All invitations are drawn up by the Ministry of foreign affaires or the Ministry of the Interior.
2. We will start drawing up your visa support the next working day after submission of the documents.
3. To get the entry visa a foreign citizen ought to submit official visa support or inform the corresponding Russian Embassy or Consulate of its telex number.
4. If visa support is drawn up by telex we will inform you of the number of the telex sent to the Russian Embassy or Consulate.

If an invitation is drawn up in the original we will give you the original or send you the invitation by fax or by express mail service in any country (which is paid extra) or deliver it to your office ($5 within Moscow).

IFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DRAWING UP THE INVITATIONS

1. X-copy of the first page of the passport (well printed, preferably the scanned file).
2. First and last name, as indicated in the passport, sex, date of birth, nationality, passport No. and its date of expiry.
3. Dates of arrival and departure and cities to visit.
4. Country and city where the Russian Consulate drawing up the visa is located.
5. The name of your company and your position. For a business invitation the full address of your company is required (post code, the name of the city and the state/province, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address).
6. Contact information including telephone and fax numbers.

REGISTRATION OF FOREIGN CITIZENS IN MOSCOW

If a foreign citizen stays within the Russian Federation for more than 3 days he ought to draw up the registration.

If a foreign citizen stays at a hotel than the hotel administration cares about his/her registration.

If you don't have any opportunity to be registrated at a hotel we can help you to solve this problem.

Registration for the foreign tourists who drew up the visa on the basis of our invitation will cost $50-70.

For the registration the passport of a foreign citizen with the visa are required. The time needed to draw up the registration varies from 2-3 working days to 7-9 working days according to the type of registration.
